Pasefika Pedagogies

Each Pasefika country will have their own pedagogies but Tofali’uli’u is a Pasefika pedagogies paper that taught at AUT is a culture competency that’s come from inside our soul. Basically this pedagogies is about educate with in the soul of the children such as keeping the peace. Compare to other development and educational theory such as Steiner and Piaget theirs pedagogies is educate the body and the mind. (Tagoilelagi-Leota 2012 (Video)). I have attach this video of Samoan children from Samoa singing one of the most popular song that sang in most Samoan early childhood centre in Aotearoa New Zealand. These children goes to a school in Manono island in Samoa.
